The Retreat
We dreamt up this weekend as a place to connect with nature, our bodies, our creativity, and one another in a restful and inspiring environment. The retreat will feature a combination of workshops and free time, giving you the flexibility to participate in as many or as few activities as you wish. Whether you choose to join all the workshops or take time for yourself, this weekend is designed to meet your needs. We hope it also gives you the chance to challenge yourself, push boundaries, and discover something new about yourself—or reconnect with something that may have been buried amidst the chaos of a busy life. After this weekend, we want you to feel inspired, rested, and deeply connected.
